Description

Lead Power Platform initiatives and manage a small team of developers to deliver data-driven solutions. You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle from requirement gathering through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of developers by providing technical guidance, mentorship, and conducting regular code reviews.
• Lead end-to-end development of MS Power Platform projects from initial requirement gathering through to deployment.
• Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and reporting tools to ensure data integrity and security.
• Translate stakeholder business requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Oversee day-to-day development activities to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development.
• Expertise in MS Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Proven experience leading and managing development teams.
• Proficiency in SDLC and ALM practices.
• Strong understanding of database design and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and technologies.
• Microsoft PL-900 certification.
