Description

You will design, develop, test, and implement features for the ServiceNow contact centre solution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features for the ServiceNow contact centre solution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the solution and its integrations.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to maintain system integrity.
• Liaise with business units to ensure solutions meet strategic requirements.
• Execute unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow functional and technical capabilities.
• Ability to handle and fix production defects efficiently.
• Experience participating in agile delivery meetings.
• Bachelor's degree.
