Description

You will design and develop complex Pega BPM applications and business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify Pega BPM applications and business solutions.
• Translate requirements into user stories and participate in the full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with SSAs, SAs, BAs, and Architects to document and clarify requirements.
• Troubleshoot application issues, coding bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain security for all supported Pega applications and participate in code reviews and quality audits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with hands-on Pega PRPC (8.X).
• Proven experience completing at least one full Pega implementation from the design phase.
• CSSA certification required.
• Experience with Pega Deployment Manager (PDM) and Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC).
• Strong knowledge of application performance, security validation, and rule development.
• Proficiency with industry standard interface protocols including SOAP, MQ, HTTP, and EJB.
• Experience working within Agile processes.
• Basic understanding of US healthcare.

Preferred Skills

• CLSA Part 1 or CLSA certification.
• Knowledge of Pega Cosmos UI, BIX, and Pega healthcare frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like GitHub and Jenkins, or Kubernetes.
