Description

You will design, build, and configure ServiceNow applications to meet specific business process and application requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Configure platform features to align with business process requirements.
• Implement ServiceNow modules including APM, SPM, GRC/IRM, and CPG.
• Manage ServiceNow ITSM and Change Management workflows.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and Change Management.
• Proven experience implementing APM (Application Portfolio Management).
• Proven experience implementing SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).
• Proven experience implementing GRC/IRM (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
• Experience with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
