Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex Pega BPM applications and business solutions across the full project lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Pega PRPC (8.X) applications, translating requirements into user stories.
• Collaborate with SSAs, SAs, BAs, and Architects to document and clarify technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot application issues, resolve coding bugs, and optimize performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain application security, conduct code reviews, and participate in quality audits.
• Manage deployments using Pega Deployment Manager (PDM) and utilize Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with hands-on Pega PRPC (8.X).
• Proven experience completing at least one full Pega implementation from the design phase.
• CSSA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of application performance, security validation, and rule development.
• Proficiency with industry standard interface protocols including SOAP, MQ, HTTP, and EJB.
• Experience working within Agile processes.
• Basic understanding of US healthcare domain.

Preferred Skills

• CLSA Part 1 or CLSA certification.
• Knowledge of Pega Cosmos UI, BIX, and Pega healthcare frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, or Kubernetes.
