Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own technical health, stability, and performance of production systems across the application portfolio.
• Lead technical triage and resolution of complex production issues, including P1/P2 incidents, with strong RCA and permanent fix ownership.
• Maintain deep understanding of application architecture, code paths, integrations, and data flows for claim engine and related services.
• Drive post-incident reviews/postmortems for high-severity incidents and ensure actionable engineering improvements are implemented.
• Partner with development and DevOps teams during releases and post-release monitoring to validate rollback strategies, monitoring coverage, and backward compatibility.

Skills Required:

• 11 - 14 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on production support and incident resolution
• .NET and hands-on full-stack production support for enterprise applications
• Angular and Node.js UI/API development experience for production behavior and defect resolution
• Java and performance optimization experience for backend services and integrations
• Production support leadership with incident handling, RCA, and operational monitoring/alerting practices

Good to Have:

• Azure and AWS Cloud experience for cloud-based platform dependencies and operational readiness
• Incident management experience (e.g., ServiceNow-style workflows) including multi-stakeholder command center calls
• Facets claim engine domain knowledge (frontend & backend) for claim platform support and enhancements

Education: B.Tech, M.B.A., BCA, M. Tech, M.Sc., or MCA (or equivalent degree in Computer Science/Engineering)
