Description

You will drive product development and modernization initiatives within the Middle Office Core Platform Organization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and program modules or large components for core financial systems.
• Execute tasks in a delivery mode focused on meeting product release goals.
• Maintain code quality through best practices, unit testing, and automation.
• Help design interfaces and information exchange between system modules.
• Engage in technical discussions, designing features and presenting technical ideas.

Required Skills

• 7-15 years of professional experience (or 5 years with a Master's/2 years with a PhD).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a STEM Major.
• Expert in Java with 7-15 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with databases including Oracle, MySQL, Sybase, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience implementing core data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure native services.
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes.
• Knowledge of scalability principles and distributed systems design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C++ or Golang.
