Good to Have Skills: Experience with AI Ops platforms and tools, dashboard monitoring and alerts management, automated remediation systems, data collection and preparation for machine learning model training, consulting methodologies, and ability to work under pressure with changing requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control all phases of development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation while providing user and operational support.
• Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems and provide evaluation of business processes and industry standards.
• Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality.
• Consult with users, clients and other technology groups on issues and recommend advanced programming solutions for customer exposure systems.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of AI Ops platforms and tools for monitoring and automation purposes.
• Monitor AI Ops dashboards and alerts to identify potential issues and escalate them as necessary to appropriate teams.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis for incidents related to AI Ops systems and monitored infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop and refine AI/ML models for anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and automated remediation.
• Collect, clean, and prepare data for AI/ML model training and evaluation to ensure optimal model performance.
• Design integrated, end to end solutions consistent with target architecture that enable the organization to operate efficiently.
• Partner with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet all committed deliverables.
• Partner with development teams to ensure software is developed in line with solution design and continually tested throughout development lifecycle.

Experience Required: 8-10 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications with experience in managing and implementing successful projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
