Description

Own the bridge between technical tools and business requirements, focusing on application development and data analysis.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed requirements for application tools based on business needs.
• Execute end-to-end manual testing across multiple systems using test accounts.
• Manage data manipulation and query processes to ensure system integrity.
• Coordinate with employees and residential customers to validate account data accuracy.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders via Teams, email, and calls to manage project needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application development or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analytics.
• Deep understanding of Excel and data manipulation tools.
• Experience with MongoDB or similar database technologies.
• Proven experience in query writing and manual testing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail when handling customer account data.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.
