Description

You will lead application development efforts, ensuring technical solutions align with business goals. You will manage tech staff, drive technical POCs, and establish coding standards to mitigate system vulnerabilities. Your role involves conducting feasibility studies, risk assessments, and providing technical oversight across systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and IT planning for application development.
• Support the Architecture team in formulating best practices and applying agreed methodologies.
• Drive technical POCs and establish templates for development teams to follow.
• Manage one or more tech staff to accomplish agreed goals and objectives.
• Analyze current system vulnerabilities and propose common coding standards to prevent recurrence.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Proven experience in project management and managing successful projects.
• Strong background in application development and technical solutions.
• Ability to conduct risk assessment and take timely decisions.
• Experience in driving initiatives to closure within agreed timelines.
• Technical leadership and team management capabilities.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
