Drive software development initiatives by translating business needs into technical solutions for enterprise-level IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional requirements, Technical Design Documents (TDD), and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Create high-level process flow diagrams, designs, and traceability matrices.
• Manage stakeholders including project sponsors, architects, and IT leadership to communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Integrate internal and external applications and deliver working iterations to production environments.
• Support system change validation and perform high-level User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of experience as an application development analyst on enterprise-level IT projects.
• Expertise in J2EE/Java and JBoss application server environments (JBoss EAP).
• Proficiency with Oracle 11g, MS SQL, and Oracle database environments.
• Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, JSF, Wicket, Struts, and Spring.
• Experience with Apache Http and Apache Tomcat.
• Strong ability to model and apply software engineering methods for design, integration, and support.
• Proven capability in project planning, risk identification, and issue management.
• Ability to work independently or cooperatively within development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience assisting with procurement documents, proposal evaluations, and contract negotiations.
