You lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software solutions and engineering improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software solutions.
• Size user stories based on complexity and time, ensuring they meet the Definition of Ready.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and assumptions to suggest mitigation strategies.
• Manage application asset efficiency regarding operational performance and cost.
• Lead sprint execution, select user stories based on priority and capacity, and participate in Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in application development and software engineering.
• Full-stack development using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.
• Practical experience with OpenShift.
• Experience with Amazon Data Management (AWS) in cloud-native environments.
• Proven ability to work within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
