Description

Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex Oracle Ledger applications and SaaS components.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deploy complex application systems with a focus on Oracle Ledger, AFCS, ERP AHCS, GL, and ARCS.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, participating directly in problem-solving and code reviews.
• Identify performance bottlenecks within Oracle Ledger and SaaS systems, designing and implementing optimization solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies, contribute to time and cost estimates, and perform risk technology assessments.
• Recommend and implement security measures for sensitive financial data during post-implementation analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in application development, systems analysis, and technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Ledger programs, including implementation, customization, and maintenance.
• Direct experience developing solutions for AFCS, ERP AHCS, GL, and ARCS SaaS components.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Proven ability in SaaS development and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies, consulting, and project management.
• Background in systems analysis, security implementation, and risk management.
