Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical leadership for application design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
Lead application development using C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and Angular.
Guide development teams in designing scalable and maintainable application components and service/API integrations.
Coordinate application modernization initiatives involving legacy Web Forms/MVC solutions and modern .NET Core and Angular architectures.
Provide technical direction for solutions involving Apache Spark, InRule, Sybase, SQL, and MongoDB.
Establish and enforce development practices covering coding standards, code quality, reusable components, exception handling, logging, testing, performance, and security.
Lead peer code reviews and technical design reviews.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines using CloudBees and Jenkins, ensuring reliable automated build and deployment processes.
Establish and enforce GitHub branching, pull request, code-review, merge, and collaboration practices across development teams.
Work closely with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders.
Lead technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for critical application and production incidents.
Identify technical dependencies, risks, blockers, and remediation plans and communicate them to program and project leadership.
Support release planning and coordinate application deployments across development, test, staging, and production environments.
Lead and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
Manage and monitor development activities, user stories, technical tasks, defects, dependencies, and delivery status through Jira.
Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and help improve overall engineering maturity and delivery quality

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
8-10+ years of relevant application development experience, with demonstrated experience leading technical deliverables or development teams
