Description

You will lead application development efforts, manage teams, and oversee the systems development lifecycle to ensure timely, secure, and scalable delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor application development staff, providing coaching and direction.
• Oversee the systems development lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery of enhancements.
• Maintain and enforce systems architecture standards for secure and scalable systems.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 production support, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience working with Java technology stacks.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL, SSIS, PL/SQL, and databases.
• Experience with ETL processes and data marts.
• Familiarity with Power BI for analytics and reporting.
• Strong project management skills, including prioritization.
• Experience overseeing secure development practices and application lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• 7 years of direct report management experience.
• 7 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience providing technical leadership in application architecture.
