Description

Lead end-to-end application development delivery for large-scale healthcare payer engagements. Manage complex programs, direct distributed teams of 70-100 resources, and ensure strict adherence to the Project Development Life Cycle (PDLC).

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale teams of 70 to 100 onshore and offshore resources across multiple technology workstreams.
• Manage delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with the approved Project Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and enterprise governance standards.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans that incorporate both technical and business deliverables.
• Oversee program budgets, vendor proposals, and estimates to ensure they satisfy functional requirements and technology strategies.
• Communicate program review results and strategic initiative status to executive management through concise summary reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within ModernOps, Transformation, and DevOps environments.
• Extensive Healthcare Payer domain experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record leading large programs involving EMR integration, ETL, MDM, Snowflake, and Salesforce projects.
• Experience managing distributed teams of 70-100 people (onshore and offshore).
• Deep understanding of the Project Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
• Ability to track and manage complex program budgets and financial allocations.
• Strong skills in negotiating, influencing, and building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Experience converting business strategy into measurable, action-oriented objectives.
