Description

Lead end-to-end application development delivery for large-scale healthcare payer engagements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Direct distributed teams of 70-100 resources across multiple technology workstreams.
• Manage complex program delivery, ensuring strict adherence to the Project Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and enterprise governance standards.
• Develop integrated program plans that incorporate technical and business deliverables.
• Oversee program budgets, vendor proposals, and estimates to align with functional requirements and technology strategies.
• Communicate program status and strategic initiative results to executive management through concise reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within ModernOps, Transformation, and DevOps environments.
• Extensive Healthcare Payer domain experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record leading large programs involving EMR integration, ETL, MDM, Snowflake, and Salesforce.
• Experience managing distributed teams of 70-100 people (onshore and offshore).
• Deep understanding of the Project Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
• Ability to track and manage complex program budgets and financial allocations.
• Strong skills in negotiating, influencing, and building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
