Description

Lead medium to large development teams through the full systems development and implementation lifecycle, overseeing installation, maintenance, and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple development teams and oversee all phases of systems development and implementation.
• Analyze organizational needs and interface with clients to ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Ensure production system availability, integrity, and stability through rapid response processes.
• Enforce strict adherence to development and quality standards across all programming projects.
• Recruit, direct, and develop staff to maximize individual contributions and professional growth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and program development.
• Proven supervisory and management experience leading development teams.
• Expertise in Oracle ACM.
• Strong background in Systems Analysis and Program Development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to communicate project-related information accurately to clients and project managers.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industries.
