Description

Lead end-to-end application development delivery within the healthcare payer domain. Manage large-scale projects involving onshore and offshore teams of 70 to 100 resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated program plans covering technical and business deliverables.
• Define, communicate, and monitor critical decision gates for executive approval.
• Review vendor proposals and estimates to ensure alignment with functional requirements and technology strategies.
• Oversee EMR integration, Data (ETL, MDM, Snowflake), and Salesforce implementation projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Deep domain expertise in Healthcare Payer environments.
• Experience leading projects in ModernOps, Transformation, and DevOps.
• Proven track record managing projects involving EMR integration.
• Experience managing Data projects including ETL, MDM, and Snowflake.
• Experience overseeing Salesforce implementation projects.
• Ability to manage large-scale distributed teams (70-100 people).

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field of study.
