Description

Lead end-to-end application development delivery for large-scale Healthcare Payer engagements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of complex programs aligned with the Project Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and governance standards.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams of 70 to 100 resources across diverse technology areas.
• Develop integrated program plans incorporating technical and business deliverables while monitoring critical decision gates.
• Interface with senior business leaders to transition strategy into execution and provide consolidated status reports for executive management.
• Oversee budget allocation, financial tracking, and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Direct experience managing large teams (70-100 members) in onshore/offshore models.
• Deep domain expertise in the Healthcare Payer sector.
• Proven track record managing projects involving EMR integration, ETL, MDM, Snowflake, and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of the Project Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
• Experience managing complex program budgets and vendor proposals.
• Ability to translate business strategy into measurable, action-oriented objectives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO).
• Background in leading post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
