Description

You will develop and maintain server-side applications, focusing on distributed data processing and relational database optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Core Java and the Spring framework.
• Design and implement solutions for distributed data processing pipelines.
• Model and query large relational databases efficiently.
• Write scripts to automate tasks in Shell, Perl, or Python.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java (server-side).
• Strong experience with the Spring framework.
• Proficiency with distributed data processing using Spark and Hive.
• Expertise in Python and designing systems using JUnit for unit testing.
• Strong understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS) and logical modelling.
• Experience building multi-threaded applications and concurrency packages.
• Ability to write optimized queries against large relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Shell or Perl scripting.
