Description

You will develop and support Core Banking applications on the mainframe.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Core Banking applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and VSAM.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Provide production support and resolve technical issues to ensure stability.
• Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow for project management and tracking.
• Collaborate with distributed teams to support global business locations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in mainframe application development.
• Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and VSAM.
• Experience with DB2 and Core Banking environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and distributed teams.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Any Graduate degree.
