Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for distributed .net applications, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues, ensuring strong documentation and communication.
• Support backend integrations and service interactions, including REST APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture patterns.
• Handle RDBMS activities such as query tuning and data modeling for SQL Server and/or DB2 environments.
• Use job scheduling, monitoring systems, and automation platforms to ensure reliable upstream/downstream processing and operational stability.

Skills Required:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in production support and enterprise application operations.
• Production support experience for enterprise applications in a hybrid onshore-offshore operating model.
• .net core and .net framework development experience with c# and MVC framework.
• RDBMS expertise including mysql, sql server and/or db2 with query tuning and data modeling.
• REST API and microservices/service-oriented architecture understanding, plus Git-based code quality and source control practices.

Good to Have:

• Experience with RDBMS technologies and related operational support activities.

Education: Any Graduation (Bachelor) in a related technical/business area or equivalent work experience
