Description

You will own the full development lifecycle for high-availability transactional applications, from feasibility studies and design to implementation and post-deployment analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex Java/Spring applications with low-latency requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Monitor all development phases, ensuring rigorous testing and successful implementation.
• Establish and enforce security measures and operating standards for application systems.
• Mentor junior analysts and serve as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and XML/JSON.
• Strong background in RDBMS (Oracle) and UNIX environments.
• Experience with messaging middleware (Kafka, Solace, MQ) and caching (Apache Ignite).
• Solid understanding of OOPs, multi-threading, collections, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools.
• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG) and TDD practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI coding assistants (Copilot, Devin, Friday.AI) and code quality tools (SonarQube).
• Knowledge of uDeploy and middleware technologies.
• Background in high-availability, low-latency transactional systems.
