Description

Lead a team of developers, analysts, and support staff to deliver and maintain application services in Singapore.

You will own the full application lifecycle from requirements gathering and design through deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes while driving automation and performance optimization.
• Oversee application performance, availability, and security to ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and the application services budget.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development with proficiency in .NET.
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Direct working experience in a brokerage firm or Financial Services Industry (FSI).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification.
