Description

You will lead technical project delivery by enacting Scrum practices and guiding cross-functional teams from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements definition and backlog prioritization in collaboration with engineering and product leads.
• Manage the daily release backlog with onsite and offshore teams, overseeing approvals and merges.
• Facilitate communication between engineering teams, OEMs, and internal partners to ensure build distribution and alignment.
• Identify development risks and competing priorities, escalating issues to leadership as necessary.
• Oversee release plans and communicate release notes and announcements to stakeholders and vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience within a technical software organization.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience managing third-party vendor deliverables and tracking program goals.
• Ability to manage multiple, parallel technical efforts and complex release cycles.
• Foundational understanding of systems and architectures used to deliver software services.
• Strong risk management, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience with DevOps workflows.
