Description

Develop and maintain Android applications within the AOSP and AAOS framework, focusing on multimedia, audio services, and hardware abstraction layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement communication solutions between virtual machines using gRPC and Linux IPC mechanisms.
• Work with Android HAL and Car Framework to integrate hardware abstraction layers.
• Apply SOLID principles, OOP concepts, and design patterns to software architecture.
• Manage project compilation and deployment using Makefile, CMake, and Android.bp.
• Participate in agile development using Git and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in AOSP and AAOS frameworks.
• Proficiency in Android Framework development.
• Strong command of C/C++, Java, and Kotlin.
• Solid experience with Linux environments.
• Familiarity with gRPC for inter-process communication.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Experience using CMake for build systems.
