Description

Lead the architecture, development, and management of scalable cloud-based applications on the Azure platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, high-performance application architectures using Azure services.
• Develop cloud-native backends using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices patterns.
• Manage containerized deployments on AKS and serverless functions.
• Implement security best practices, including IAM, Key Vault, and data encryption.
• Optimize application performance through caching, load balancing, and monitoring.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience with Java 21+.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Jersey, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Minimum 5 years developing microservices using Spring Boot and gRPC.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Azure native development (Functions, Queue Storage, Monitor, Key Vault, IAM).
• Experience with containerized services like AKS and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database systems and query writing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, and unit testing (JUnit, Mockito).
• Strong understanding of Linux, JSON, XML, and OAuth.

Preferred Skills

• Proven leadership experience guiding technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise application development and Agile methodologies.
