Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of branch updates and client agent upgrades
• Able to manage and configure user and device collections such as creating queries, configuring windows, power management rules
• Deploy operating system images Windows 10 via SCCM OSD such as configuring WDS, PXE, VM build environment, and integrating with MDT
• Should have the experience to build/capture/updating Windows 10 images
• Generate distribution points and distribute the images, build a deployment task sequence and deploy it, and create packages for operating system deployments
• Deployment of applications and software upgrades include creating and deploying applications with user device affinity, compliance settings, software center, and task sequencing
• Monitor updates through Automatic Deployment Rules (ADR) or group notifications
• Able to report on the success or failure of application deployments
• Experience to manage client's user group policy, WSUS, logon scripts, push notifications, etc.
• Working knowledge and experience of Windows Servers, Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune including image creation, patching, inventory, and related features
• Should have knowledge of developing custom reporting dashboards as needed
• Maintain good relationships with clients and team members of all levels
• Should possess a positive attitude with a strong commitment to supporting our customers and clients
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other relevant field with experience in a technology environment
