Description

You will engineer and support end-user productivity tools while managing workstation security and lifecycle across Windows and macOS environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engineer application support for Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online, W365, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Manage vulnerability remediation across Windows 10/11 and Mac workstations, including Adobe and Java.
• Execute device lifecycle management from provisioning via Apple Business Manager/Zero Touch to decommissioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Tier 3 issues related to macOS, applications, and network connectivity.
• Partner with Information Security to ensure endpoint compliance with policies and CIS benchmarks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Application Engineering.
• Expertise in supporting end-user productivity suites (Outlook, Teams, W365, etc.).
• Proficiency in vulnerability management for Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Strong scripting ability using Python, Bash, or Zsh.
• Experience with JAMF Pro for macOS configuration and management.
• Familiarity with Tanium for endpoint visibility and security monitoring.
• Experience managing macOS configuration profiles and software packages.
• Knowledge of Java and general application troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
