Description

You will manage and migrate enterprise collaboration and communication platforms while maintaining core infrastructure services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute migration projects from on-premise systems to Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Administer email security tools and manage email technologies.
• Manage file transfer protocols and migrate data to cloud storage solutions like Box.
• Maintain core infrastructure services including AD, DNS, external DNS, and SSL certificates.
• Handle software updates for QuickBooks and manage domain registrar and certificate renewal processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application or systems engineering.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, specifically Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• In-depth knowledge of on-premise mail systems and migration models.
• Hands-on experience with email security tools such as EOP, Mimecast, or Proofpoint.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or similar CLI/scripting for automation.
• Experience with AD, DNS, External DNS, and SSL certificate management.
• Experience with file server data migration to Box.
• Working knowledge of C# or Python.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Globalscape FTP, DocuSign, OpenText, or RightFax.
• Familiarity with Move It or WSFTP.
