You will provide technical support and integration assistance for AI in-memory computing products, Instinct Software, and SDKs.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot technical challenges and software bugs, reporting issues directly to the development team for resolution.
Assist customers with integrating software and SDKs into their applications to ensure performance and functionality.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and FAQs.
Collaborate with product development, software engineering, and product management to align customer feedback and feature requests with the product roadmap.
Support pre-sales activities by providing technical presentations and demonstrations in coordination with Business Development.
Required Skills
MS with 5+ years of experience or a PhD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Experience in the design and development of programmed applications.
Proficiency in programming languages, software development frameworks, and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for code optimization and software troubleshooting.
Experience working in a startup environment, both independently and within a team.
Ability to provide technical leadership to other engineering team members.
Software development and general software engineering expertise.
