Description

You will provide technical support and integration assistance for AI in-memory computing products, Instinct Software, and SDKs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical challenges and software bugs, reporting issues directly to the development team for resolution.
• Assist customers with integrating software and SDKs into their applications to ensure performance and functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and FAQs.
• Collaborate with product development, software engineering, and product management to align customer feedback with the product roadmap.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical presentations and demonstrations.

Required Skills

• MS with 5+ years of experience or a PhD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Experience in the design and development of programmed applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages, software development frameworks, and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for code optimization and software troubleshooting.
• Experience working in a startup environment, both independently and within a team.
• Ability to provide technical leadership to other engineering team members.
• Software development and general software engineering expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Sales and marketing experience.
