Description

You will serve as the technical link between customers and the Air Systems engineering team to define optimal motor and blower solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical interface for customers, guiding the evaluation of motor and blower solutions.
• Conduct root cause analyses, authorize corrective actions, and manage customer communications regarding issue resolution.
• Support product design changes and provide technical analysis for specific client projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Sourcing teams on new model releases, prototypes, and engineering change requests.
• Advocate for customer requirements to ensure engineering alignment with performance and reliability standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of HVAC industry experience, specifically in Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Expertise in performance testing for Air Handlers, Fan Coil units, Bio Safety Cabinets, and ventilation units.
• Deep product design knowledge of Fan Coils, Air Handlers, and Ventilation units.
• In-depth understanding of SEER/EER Regulations and AMCA standards within the IMEA region.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC system components, ECM motors, or VFD experience.
• Proven experience in engineering project leadership, product design, validation testing, or project management.
• Strong professional presentation and customer interaction skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Six Sigma Green Belt, DFLSS, Black Belt, or MBB certification.
