Description

You will provide technical support and application development to resolve high-impact issues for customer service operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support customer service agents by identifying, verifying, and documenting tool irregularities and bugs.
• Oversee live code rollouts and collaborate with Network Operations and SWAT teams to resolve site issues.
• Develop tools, systems, and processes to improve product supportability and efficiency.
• Generate technical documentation, including sample code and FAQs, to improve troubleshooting capabilities.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for late-night and weekend support.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and C++ development.
• Hands-on coding proficiency in Java or Node.js.
• Experience building microservices with Spring Boot.
• Strong database skills with Oracle and Google Big Query, including complex query optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and data structures.
• Understanding of network operations, load balancers, and router traffic management.
• Ability to present complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with C#.
