Description

You will manage, migrate, and administer Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, email infrastructure, and file systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute migration projects for Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint using established models and tools.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Manage email security via tools like Mimecast, EOP, or Proofpoint.
• Oversee file transfer systems and migrate fileserver data to Box.
• Maintain core infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, External DNS, and SSL certificates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application or systems engineering.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, specifically Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• In-depth knowledge of on-premises mail systems and migration workflows.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or similar CLI/scripting for automation.
• Experience with email security administration (Mimecast, EOP, or Proofpoint).
• Strong understanding of AD, DNS, External DNS, and SSL certificate management.
• Experience with Box administration and fileserver data migration.
• Working knowledge of C# or Python.
• Experience with FTP/MFT tools like Globalscape, MoveIt, or WSFTP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DocuSign, OpenText, or RightFax.
• Knowledge of DigiCert, MarkMonitor, or UltraDNS.
