Description

You will manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of multi-tiered business applications. You own level 3 support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for assigned systems. You execute application deployments, upgrades, patch planning, and packaging. You design, configure, code, and document business systems and application software. You act as a Technical Reference User to ensure optimal utilization of the application portfolio. You collaborate with business users to evaluate application requirements and business relevance.

• Collaborate with business users to evaluate application requirements and business relevance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application analysis and services integration.
• 4+ years of experience working within Windows environments, including Windows programming languages and relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS-based desktop, server, and database systems.
• Experience with Microsoft networking concepts, common infrastructure, server hardware, and storage.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot PC desktop applications in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience supporting or administering legal-specific software such as IPDAS, CPI, Court Alert, viDesktop, Contract Express, or Litera Innova.
• Ability to write and edit technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
