Description

You will design integrated electro-hydraulic systems and provide technical support for mobile hydraulic products. You will own the lifecycle from schematic design to testing and customer resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design complete hydrostatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including defining testing protocols.
• Produce detailed electrical and hydraulic schematics using CAD software.
• Interface with customers and vendors to resolve system conflicts involving electrical and hydraulic components.
• Provide technical assistance with microcontrollers, covering system design and programming.
• Perform technical testing on hydraulic systems using data acquisition tools and electrical systems using frequency generators and voltmeters.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of application engineering or technical support experience with hydraulic or electrical systems.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks CAD design software.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience producing electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience with electrical circuits and controls.
• Background in fluid power systems and ability to interpret complex hydraulic schematics.
• Knowledge of machine electronic controls.
• Experience in sales support.

Preferred Skills

• Fluid Power Certification.
