Description

You will own technical leadership and delivery for enterprise risk systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify technical workstreams across projects and BAU enhancements.
• Liaise with IT, Business, and Security teams for technical implementation of risk processes.
• Coordinate with development teams and vendors on technical delivery, fixes, and issues.
• Oversee solution design, development, and deployment within quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise and mentor the team across the full SDLC lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in systems implementation.
• 4+ years leading a technical team.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, Java, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS & Azure).
• Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and non-relational platforms.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, solution reviews, and workshops.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in risk domains such as Credit, Fraud, Operational, Liquidity, or Market Risk.
