Description

Implement equipment automation solutions integrated with factory and business systems for semiconductor, solar, display, and PCB manufacturing customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Equipment Automation (EA) solutions integrated with MES, Recipe Management (RMS), and Advanced Process Control (APC).
• Coordinate with customer systems administration and IT teams to deploy and configure EA solutions.
• Develop new solutions and products in collaboration with the product development team to meet market demands.
• Manage project lifecycles, including developing statements of work (SOW), cost estimates, and responding to RFPs.
• Perform software installations at customer locations and deliver technical training or demonstrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an equipment automation developer in semiconductor, solar, display, or PCB manufacturing.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and Visual Studio.
• Strong experience with databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with SECS/GEM protocols and SEMI automation standards.
• Hands-on experience with MES, Recipe Management (RMS), and Advanced Process Control (APC).
• Ability to explain technical and business concepts to senior management and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing project requirements and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Application of continuous improvement standards such as 8D, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5-Whys.
