Description

You will manage the installation, maintenance, and performance optimization of software applications to support business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide workarounds to minimize business impact.
  • Manage the full issue lifecycle using client or internal ticketing systems while ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests, assessing and prioritizing them based on contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with multi-module system teams covering CRM, Inventory, Service Provisioning, Integrations, and Billing.
  • Follow ITIL incident and problem management processes to ensure operational stability.

Required Skills

  • 1+ years of experience supporting software applications or products.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database querying.
  • Ability to read Java code.
  • Basic Unix knowledge.
  • Experience with CRM, Inventory, Service Provisioning, Integrations, or Billing modules.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of OSS/BSS solutions and the telecommunications industry.
  • Background in enterprise software or telecommunications.
