Description

You will provide technical support and engineering oversight for customer service tools and application stability.

Responsibilities

• Resolve high-impact issues by providing direct support to customer service agents.
• Identify, document, and track bugs within service tools to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor live code rollouts and oversee site stability in collaboration with Network Operations and SWAT teams.
• Develop technical documentation, including sample code, FAQs, and white papers, to improve troubleshooting capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing in Java and C++.
• Strong hands-on coding proficiency in Java or Node.js.
• Experience with Spring Boot for building microservices.
• Proficiency with Oracle and Google Big Query, including complex query optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and data structures.
• Understanding of network operations, including load balancers and router traffic management.
• Ability to present complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with C#.
