You will monitor system gaps and drive automation across the application lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems using Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana to identify and close operational gaps.
• Manage events, changes, incidents, and problems within the application environment.
• Identify and implement continuous automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Communicate technical findings and operational status clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in application engineering or operations.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana.
• Proficiency in incident, problem, change, and event management.
• Strong automation mindset with a focus on reducing manual tasks.
• Any Graduate degree.
