Lead software development teams to deliver customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development teams using Agile methodologies.
• Customize, deploy, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP modules.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL databases.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into technical software solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or development.
• 3+ years of focused experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
• Experience with PowerApps and web technologies including ASP.NET and MVC.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, OData interfaces, and Postman.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript, Swagger, and NSwag.
• Strong SQL skills including database design and optimization.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification.
