Description

You own the end-to-end delivery of web applications built on Angular or React (TypeScript) and Java/Spring Boot microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide solution architecture, defining API design, microservice boundaries, data modeling, caching, and security.
• Operate CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, implementing automated testing and code quality gates.
• Champion reliability practices, including logging, metrics, tracing, and blue/green or canary deployments.
• Manage stakeholders and act as the onshore/offshore point of contact for delivery handoffs.
• Run Agile/Scrum/Kanban teams, managing work flow in Jira/Confluence.

Required Skills

• 8-12+ years in software engineering, with 3-5+ years in technical leadership or engineering management.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, React, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Deep knowledge of Software Architecture, Microservices, and API-first development.
• Experience deploying and managing systems on Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency with GitLab for CI/CD implementation.
• Strong ability to create technical artifacts and manage cross-time-zone handoffs.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
