Description

You will engineer and support application and desktop platforms in virtual and physical environments. You own the integration, testing, and third-level support lifecycle for complex desktop computing systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and package software applications in EXE, MSI, and MSIX formats.
• Integrate and validate applications across Citrix virtual desktops, Citrix XenApp, and local operating systems.
• Troubleshoot multi-tiered virtual and physical systems, including application patches and core infrastructure.
• Enforce technical change management, patch management, and core systems monitoring procedures.
• Cross-train IT staff and maintain meticulous documentation of managed systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application integration and desktop platform support.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Deep experience with iManage Work10, Desksite 9.x, and the Litera Desktop suite (Compare, Innova, Contract Companion).
• Hands-on knowledge of Ivanti User Workspace Manager (Environment Manager/Application Manager) or equivalent profile management tools.
• Strong command of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Office 2016+ development, including add-ins and toolbar customization.
• Expertise in configuring Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO/GPP).
• Experience with SCCM 2016+, Intune, and JAMF.
• Experience managing applications within Citrix environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IntApp Time and Adobe Acrobat DC.
• Working knowledge of collaboration tools including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, and Jabber.
