Description

You will lead production support and system stability for enterprise applications, combining deep Oracle PL/SQL expertise with cloud monitoring and incident management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with development and infrastructure teams.
• Execute deployment verification and manage on-call support to ensure high availability and system stability.
• Analyze logs and metrics using AWS monitoring tools (CloudWatch, CloudTrail) to proactively identify issues.
• Maintain and optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries and provide basic support for Oracle EBS environments.
• Automate operational tasks using UNIX shell scripting in Linux environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience writing and optimizing Oracle PL/SQL queries.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with UNIX shell scripting and Linux operating systems.
• Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services, specifically CloudWatch and CloudTrail for log analysis and monitoring.
• 4+ years of production support experience, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Basic functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional engineering and infrastructure teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Java/J2EE and Spring Boot ecosystems to better understand application architecture.
• Experience with SQL and database performance tuning beyond basic querying.
