You will lead the design, build, and configuration of ClickSoftware applications as the primary subject matter expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and configuration of ClickSoftware applications.
• Manage the application development team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters.
• Provide technical solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key architectural decisions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ClickSoftware.
• Strong proficiency in ClickSoftware configuration and customization.
• Deep understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Proven experience in leading application development projects.
• Solid knowledge of application design and architecture.
• Ability to manage and direct an application development team.
• Minimum of 15 years of full-time education.
