Description

You will own the design and implementation of end-to-end monitoring strategies for web, mobile, and API e-commerce applications using Site24x7.

Responsibilities

  • Configure synthetic transaction monitors to simulate key user journeys like login, search, add to cart, and checkout.
  • Set up and tune real-user monitoring (RUM) to capture customer experience metrics.
  • Analyze alert trends, reduce false positives, and improve incident response times.
  • Integrate Site24x7 with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira for automated incident tracking.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and document post-incident reviews.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years in Application Monitoring, specifically using Site24x7.
  • Proven experience with Site24x7 configuration and usage.
  • Strong understanding of application and infrastructure monitoring concepts.
  • Experience with synthetic monitoring, RUM, and log analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with API monitoring and integration.
  • Knowledge of scripting using Python, PowerShell, or Shell.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira for ITSM integration.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain precision in communication.

Preferred Skills

  • Site24x7 certification.
  • Selenium scripting experience.
