Description

You will monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues within hosted and SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot performance issues in hosted or SaaS environments.
• Use APM tools to identify and resolve application bottlenecks.
• Monitor systems within shared infrastructure and cloud contexts.
• Analyze system metrics to drive problem-solving efforts.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in application monitoring.
• Experience with APM tools for issue resolution.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience monitoring in shared infrastructure contexts.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Prometheus or Grafana.
• Prior exposure to performance engineering roles.
